Every Wednesday in January Officer Mellon has joined our class.  He has talked with Room 11 about making good decisions and how important it is to get along with others.  We have all enjoyed having him in.  He promises to come back and visit.

Yesterday afternoon we had hot chocolate and made a cute snow globe craft because sometimes you need to be seven and eight years old!

        

        

Research

This month students are learning about how to research a topic in books and on the internet.  As a class we chose three questions we could research on tigers.  Here you see students using safe online resources (Kidrex and Pebble Go) to find the answers to their questions.

        

        

Holiday Party Pictures!

I was going through my pictures today and realized I had forgotten to post these great photos.  It was a lovely party filled with delicious food and fun crafts!
